GENERAL
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason
I have the right to post commissions/display commissions to use as a self promotion, portfolios and art collections
Please have an understandable reference to go off from, this could be a character sheet or a very detailed mood board showing aesthetic, hair colour, skintone, eye colour, and more. (NOT AI)
I will not mind a lot of revisions, you may ask as much as you can but please keep in mind to have an intense reference to go off so we can keep this limited for your time and mine.
Will not draw: Mecha, Gore, Animals or NSFWPAYMENTS
Payments will be made through Vgen payment services
Once the payment has been processed, I will start working on your commission
If payments are being made via Discord or anywhere else (BSB), the TOS applies for that too.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If you need an artwork by a specific deadline, let me know through the request form. Otherwise standard delivery applies still.USE
Any of my works are used for personal and non commercial use, it is okay to use for streaming and banners, etc. Credit me in your descriptions or somewhere else publicly though. If requested to be taken down by me, please do as it can be used personally but if I forbid you to use it online presence, respect that. (This is HIGHLY unlikely but is there for my sake incase of emergencies)
I do not allow commerical use unless it is discussed or requested, please contact me if you would like to use any works for commerical use, this will have a +50% fee of the original commission price
The use of my art for AI training or NFT creation is NOT allowed, it is strictly prohibited.
Using it to be modified or drawn on top of or edited it in any use of a negative manner is strictly prohibited even for personal use.REFUNDS
Refunds are not allowed after the final work has been completed.
Refunds before the final work is done may be discussed.COMMUNICATION
